Rates & Equipment

Forensic Audio Production Studio

Production Studio Rates

The Production Studio is available to rent from $40 per hour and includes full access to the Control and Live Rooms, with the use of the included equipment and microphones. Additional microphones, synthesisers and equipment can be internally rented for each session as needed. Please see the tabs below.

During business hours, each session is professionally supported by in-house mastering engineer Simon Struthers. While you are the engineer for your own session, Simon is available to get you started in the Production Studio and can provide ongoing support, advice and feedback on all things audio, from choosing the right microphone to equipment settings, production techniques and mix feedback. Please see our booking page for available session times or contact.

The studio has been designed for clients to work from their own laptop and DAW software, quickly connecting into the studio hardware through USB-C. Clients should download and install the Focusrite Control software to ensure that their system is compatible and ready to go prior to the session. A studio computer is also available with Cubase, Ableton Live, Pro Tools and a wide range of plugins and virtual instruments installed.

We are also happy to discuss the option of ongoing/regular bookings, such as having a regular day or session allocated each week, or sessions outside of business hours.
